The library has thousands of images illustrating the history of London and its people from prehistoric times to the present.
These include images from our collections of paintings, prints and drawings, photography, printed ephemera and 3D objects including costume and jewellery.
We also have images from the Museum of London Docklands, including the Port of London Authority Collection.
