H Hunt, house furnisher, issued this invoice to Mr Day on 4 April 1906. The invoice refers to furniture bought by Walter Day (1877-1961) and Emily Amelia Hobden (1882-1960) when they married in April 1906. The couple lived in Islington until the late 1930s when Walter retired from his job as a brewery cellar man and the family moved out of London. The Days had four children - Walter, Ena, Edith and Sydney.
