This pamphlet was produced as part of a health education project, Look After Your Heart, by the Parkside Community Dietetic Department, Parkside Health Promotion Unit and the Al Hasaniya Moroccan Women's Centre. The leaflet is written in both English and Arabic. The centre donated the book to the Museum and wrote: 'The centre does a lot of health education work for Arabic-speaking women. The women came together to learn about the use of oils and fats in Moroccan cooking and produced this book of health recipes.' Sections are headed 'What is healthy eating?', 'Use less fats and oils' and 'Use less sugar and honey'.
