This pack of Winfield Hair Lacquer was bought from a Woolworth's in the 1960s. In 1963 it was decided to re-brand all exclusive goods to the Winfield label. Winfield goods were identified by distinctive packaging and labelling. Brand guidelines were that products should be of higher quality than the supplier branded equivalent.
