This full length cotton dress was made for the wedding of Beatrice Smith's mother and father in September 1910. The wedding was held at St Andrews Church, Leytonstone. Her father worked on the railways. Beatrice Smith, says that the dress was made by a local dressmaker, and was never worn again after her mother's wedding.
