Julian Malins QC

Julian Malins was first appointed to the Board in December 1997 and then re-appointed in December 2000.  He is a nominee of the Court of Common Council and is the Deputy for Farringdon Wt. S.S Ward.

Having been called to the Bar in 1972 he was appointed QC in 1991.  He practices in commercial and corporate chambers, specialising in international trade law, financial services law, Trust law, shipping and business contracts.

He is a Recorder and Member of the Bar Council.  In addition to serving as a Governor of the Museum, he is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Guildhall School of Museum and Drama.
