Lesley Knox

Lesley Knox was appointed to the Board in December 1999.  She originally trained as a lawyer in Britain and the United States. She joined merchant bankers Kleinwort Benson in 1976 advising a wide range of companies on raising capital, acquisitions, joint ventures etc, eventually becoming Head of Institutional Asset Management.

In 1999, Lesley Knox became a founder Director of British Linen Advisors, which provides corporate finance advice to growth companies. Mrs Knox collects contemporary art and crafts, and is also interested in fishing.

Lesley is currently the Chair of the Museum's Archaeology Committee.
