Dr Mark Patton MA (Cantab), MBA, PhD (Lond), ILTM, FIMgt, FRSA

Dr Mark Patton read Archaeology and Anthropology at Cambridge and completed his PhD at University College London, before taking up research fellowships at Leiden and the Sorbonne. He was Curator of Archaeology at the Jersey Museum from 1990-93. He is the author of several books on European prehistory.

His academic career in the UK has included teaching at Trinity College Carmarthen and at the University of Greenwich Business School, where he helped to develop MA courses in Heritage Management and Museum Management, before becoming Assistant Director. He is currently Head of the Harrow Business School at the University of Westminster.

He is actively involved in political life, and contested the 1997 General Election as Labour candidate for Lewes.  He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Royal Society of Arts, and a Visiting Professor at the Beijing High Tech Management Academy.
