The Box Office is staffed:
Monday to Friday 9.15am-6pm
We welcome visitors with special needs and will do all we can to adapt our programmes if required. All galleries are fully accessible to wheelchair users.
Payment is requested in advance of the event, by cash if booking in person, otherwise by credit card or cheque made payable to 'Museum of London'.
Concessionary rates, when available, apply to:
Over 60s
Full-time students
Registered unemployed people
People who are registered disabled.
Museum of London Friends receive a 10% discount on full-price tickets.
Please note that people attending in order to assist a visitor with disabilities can request a complimentary ticket.
Cancellation fees for booked courses and events are charged as follows:
Over 8 weeks' notice: no charge
4-8 weeks' notice: 50% of full fee
Less than 4 weeks' notice: full fee
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the Box Office.
