Please note: Museum entrance is located on a pedestrian high walk which can be reached by stairs, escalators or lifts from Aldersgate Street; London Wall; or St Martins-le-Grand. See map

Toilets and lifts
- There are fully accessible toilets on all floors of the Museum.
- We have fully accessible lifts, giving access to all public areas.
Driving to the museum
If you drive to the Museum between 7.00am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, you may have to pay the £8 congestion charge. Exemptions and discounts apply to certain categories of road-user, including:
- Blue Badge holders
- DVLA-registered Public Service Vehicles, and
- 9+ seater and other vehicles, such as school buses
Some of these categories require advance registration. For further information, please go to the Transport for London website.
