Mapping the East End Labyrinth

This new web resource fuses modern technology with historical data to map the East End.

Based on Dr Vaughan’s research, in which she has used space syntax methods to analyse mapped social data to study the relationship between urban form and segregation.

Patterns of social status, poverty, immigration and crime within the capital are revealed.
