In fifty years time how will you describe life in London now? What issues are important and relevant to you? What do you think life in London was like in the past? What are the big contrasts for Londoners who have come to this city from other countries?

We are a group of young and elderly people from Newham in east London who came together for the Now and then project. We explored our views on life as Londoners in the past and present. On this website you will be able to listen to, read about and see the similarities and differences in our lives in London and beyond. How do they compare to your life?

Enter the Now and then website.
