Volunteering at the Museum of London Department of History Collections
The Department of History Collections (1700 - present day) is fully booked in 2012. We will accept applications for volunteer work placements for 2013 from September 2012.
Please note:
- Applications are usually only considered if they are from students of post-graduate degrees in Museum Studies or academic disciplines relevant to our collections.
- We do not take secondary school or undergraduate students.
- The usual length of a placement is for a minimum of four weeks, working 3-5 days per week. We do not take volunteers at weekends or during the Christmas period.
- We will not be considering any further applications for 2012. Please contact us in September to apply for 2013.
