Museum of London Volunteer Information

Museum of London offers volunteer opportunities in a wide variety of departments across the Museum’s three sites.

Volunteer roles at the Museum enable volunteers to get an insight into Museum life and get involved in a number of different tasks and activities.  These include:

  • Meeting and greeting schools as they arrive at the Museum
  • Repackaging the Museums archive collection
  • Supporting the Museum Hosts in the galleries
  • Assisting with half term and holiday activities for children and families
  • Assisting in Santa’s Grotto and Scrooge’s Grotto
  • Assisting at the Museum @Late events
  • Supporting behind the scenes functions such as Human Resources and Finance

To see what volunteer roles are currently available, please view the Current Volunteer Opportunities in the menu bar on the left hand side of this page.
