This is part of a Roman floor from a long time ago. It is made of clay and is very hard. The tile is part of a mosaic floor in a big building or a rich person’s house. What is the floor in your school made of? Is it hard? Does it have a pattern?

This is a reconstructed Roman living room with a mosaic floor.
