What's on offer?
Sessions and gallery visits
You can search for sessions relevant to your class by going to What's on - schools. You will be allocated self-directed time in the relevant gallery as part of your session.
Sessions include:
- object handling and replica costumes
- gallery drama and theatre performances
- storytelling and puppet shows
- creative literacy, including structured role-play.
'At your school' and 'School & Museum' sessions
For Foundation Stage classes we offer a limited number of 'At your school' and 'School & Museum' sessions, which combine a visit to your school with a Museum visit.
Teachers' packs and gallery activity sheets
All booked sessions are supported by resource packs designed to support session-specific learning objectives. Gallery activity sheets designed to help pupils interpret specific curriculum areas are also available for all sessions.
Links to these are provided from the session description found through What's on - schools.
