Rat-catching at the Blue Anchor Tavern, 1850
Tiny the Wonder, a terrier, is shown attempting to kill 200 rats in under an hour. The owner of the Blue Anchor Tavern described himself as the 'oldest caterer in rat-killing in the metropolis' and could store 2000 rats on his premises.
