Aurochs
 Macabre London

The dismembered carcass of a large wild cow or 'aurochs', recently found by Museum of London archaeologists in west London. The body, buried in about 1800 BC, had six flint arrowheads in it and had parts missing. Was this a ritual killing, and the missing leg bones and horns kept as trophies?
