Summary: Colour: natural blue. Poor quality glass, with large round bubbles near base and numerous elongated bubbles on neck; strain-cracking. Slight weathering, mostly internal; external surface good. Parts present: complete (rim, neck, handles, body). Isings form 61. Rim in-turned, flat in profile. Each lug handle was made from a single trail laid onto the shoulder, drawn upwards and over to touch the neck, then returned to the shoulder. Base slightly flattened, with a perceptible pontil scar. A copper-alloy drop handle (acc. no. 20622) is attached to the vessel via 3 copper-alloy wire rings, but it is not the original handle.
