Colourless glass, conical vessel, topped with finial in the shape of a human head wearing wig and tricorne. Towards the base a short neck vents into a small rectangular tray. Base has a pronounced kick and unpolished pontil mark. Two pieces, head has separated from the vessel. Location: Object stored at Mortimer Wheeler House (Ceramics and Glass store) |
