Summary: Bird fountain, (water dispenser for birds). Colourless glass, conical vessel (slightly uneven), topped with finial in the shape of a human head wearing wig and tricorne. Towards the base the stump a short neck survives which vented into a small rectangular tray. Base has a pronounced kick and unpolished pontil mark. Two pieces, head has separated from the vessel.
