See large image vase Accession number: A25543 Producer: James Powell and Sons [Whitefriars]; Powell, Harry Collection place: Messrs Powell and Sons, Whitefriars Production date: 1911-1923 Material: glass Measurements: H 14.2 Museum Section: Decorative Art Summary: Vase, emerald, ribbed slightly flared beaker shape, rigaree footring , four raspberry prunts at waist, similar to drinking glass in a painting by B. van der Helst (see pl.69), but without the threading around the rim and with a different arrangement of prunts, possibly designed by Harry Powell c.1910, pat.no.1289 (original pattern number label on base with price 12/6). Acquired by London Museum in 1923 at the time that James Powell & Sons left Whitefriars. WGL plate 122, p116.
