Summary: Candlestick: straight holder with inturned rim; on complex stem comprising (from top to bottom) hollow acorn knop, six banded annulated knop, ball knop with two rows of air bubbles and ?accidental centre bubble; on blown 4-band beehive foot. The size of the holder suggests that it could have been used for a four arm branch for additional light. Compare with Thorpe 1929 pl. 57.1-2. For a complete candelabrum, compare Mortimer 2000, 57, pl 13 (candelabrum with four arms in Victoria & Albert Museum).
