Summary: Candlestick: baluster-shaped holder with 'string rim'; on complex stem comprising two similar pairs of knops (flattened ball with two rows of air bubbles; inverted baluster; cotton reel; flattened ball with two rows of air bubbles) and double mereses centred on a large annular knop; on domed foot with three corrugations on straight sides. Lightly engraved ring around mid-section of holder may indicate oil line.
