Summary: Candlestick: straight sided holder with double ogee flattened rim; on small flattened knop and merese; on straight stem with opaque white 11-strand corkscrew twist; on merese, flattened knop, large angular knop, pair of mereses; on blown domed foot. The twisted stem appears to be by the same maker as 427, with a similar separation of canes at the bottom. One of a pair with 428, but slightly thicker and heavier. Large chip on top merese.
