See Also: 'London Archaeologist Round-up 1994': Ongoing works at the Palace of Westminster (LA 7 no 4 (1993) 109, pwc92 and below) have revealed natural sand sealed by waterlaid sediments of the R Thames, truncated on the S side by the concrete foundations of the mid-19th-c Victoria Tower.
