Our new home for the London 2012 Cauldron tells the story of this iconic symbol of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.  The permanent exhibition celebrates Thomas Heatherwick’s cutting edge design and the unforgettable moment it was revealed to the world during the Olympic opening ceremony.

"A ceremony that celebrates the creativity, eccentricity, daring and openness of the British genius by harnessing the genius, creativity, eccentricity, daring and openness of modern London."
Danny Boyle, Olympic Opening Ceremony Artistic Director
