I am an international student in London. And we did the project about the area where we live. My area is from Marble Arch to Edgware Road is in the end of the Oxford street and near the Hyde Park. This is a very special place in London. The Londoners call this area <Little Beriut>. Because there are a lot of business Alrabian and people from Middle-Estern lived here and there are variety of shops, cafes, and restarauts in middle-eastren style ,such as Lebarnese ,Iran,Alrabian, ect. Therefore, you can have a lot choices for meals. And the most famouse is <Shisha> ,it's kind of somke with hooken pies. There are many people have shiha on the outside table. By the way, you can find the cheaper item , product, and food, etc here.

On the other hand, you can many different kinds of casino on Edgware Road, for example the sport casino, table poker Casino, etc. All in all, this area is a nice place and little town. As if you are in Beriut.
