    Muscovado Hall

    Step through the museum’s doors and into the Muscovado Hall, where grand proportions and beautiful original features create a perfect backdrop for evening events for up to 400 guests. The museum can accommodate 1,400 guests for an evening event across two floors.

    Enhance your dinner or reception with the use of the built-in bar area and treat your guests to spectacular views of the Canary Wharf skyline from the riverside terrace.

    Riverside Room

    The new Riverside Room, which is located on the right-side of the Muscovado Hall as you enter the museum, benefits from its own entrance and private terrace meaning guests can enjoy the Canary Wharf skyline, as well as the stunning atmosphere of the docks.

    With exposed brick walls and original wooden columns and floors, the Riverside Room provides a unique backdrop for receptions of up to 300 guests and 180 for a dinner dance. The private terrace has additional capacity for 350 guests standing.

    Quayside room

    The Quayside Room’s bare brick walls and direct views of West India Quay imbue the space with distinct character and atmosphere.

    With flexibility in layout, it is a popular venue for dinners and receptions for up to 100 guests. Located on the third floor, it leads directly in to the museum’s galleries.

  • Wilberforce room

    Wilberforce room

    Perfect for a whole variety of different events, from dinners to parties, the Wilberforce Room has all of the unique charm of a 19th century warehouse, whilst being brought right up to date with an audio-visual system. The room has capacity for up to 240 guests for dinner and up to 350 for a standing reception.

    Boardroom

    The exclusive Boardroom is situated on the first floor of the museum with views out to the towering Canary Wharf skyline.

    This room is ideal for smaller dinners for up to 16 people. It's peaceful location makes it a charming choice for more intimate events.

    Galleries

    The Museum of London Docklands tells the story of London and the many transformations the docklands area has undergone.

    Up to 120 guests can dine in amongst the artefacts in the No. 1Warehouse gallery, where the history of the building is brought to life.

  • Docklands Sailortown

    Sailortown

    Your guests can experience the vivid atmosphere of Sailortown, our immersive recreation of Victorian Wapping. Wind through the narrow streets, visit the tavern, and peer through the window of a wild animal emporium.

    Adding actors to set the scene and mingle with your guests is the perfect way to complete the illusion.

    Rum Store

    With its waterside location and beautiful Grade I listed features, the Rum Store’s pitch pine columns, exposed brick walls and direct access to a stunning private terrace make it perfect for a range of evening events. With capacity for up to 200 guests, and both indoor and outdoor space, you can enjoy the perfect event, whatever the weather.
