In conversation with London's future change-makers

With so many ideas, goals and hopes for ourselves, it can be tough to know where to start and how to make satisfying progress. Technology plays a helpful role in the modern day physical activity puzzle, but it is also part of the problem. Young Ambassador Annie, co-founder of and a journalist for the Evening Standard, shares her story of taking on 52 sporting challenges in 52 weeks alongside her banking career, why 450 people joined her and how you can find your fun in staying active. For those really willing to enter into the spirit of the evening, Annie will also be hosting a swim at Hampstead Heath mixed ponds beforehand, details to follow. This event is only open to the Society of Londoners and their guests.
