Join us for the launch of GFEST – Gaywise FESTival 2019 at the Museum of London.
Explore and examine how queer stories and bodies are represented in cultural institutions with a world-class line-up of artists, curators and advocates, before coming together for a panel discussion and debate on the future of queer representation in the heritage sector and beyond.
The event will be compared by Sadie Sinner, founder and curator of the Cocoa Butter Club - a velvet-toned songbird and powerhouse of a host!

Mud (they/them) is a gender non-conforming writer, performer and activist who creates work that explores the intimacy and isolation between queer and trans bodies.
Krishna is a London based performer, writer, live artist and theatre maker. Their performance work looks at transformations, gender politics & queer culture using subversive text, cabaret & comedy.
Niranjan is an artist, filmmaker, and Artistic Director of LGBTQI+ & BAME issue-based arts charity Wise Thoughts & Gaywise FESTival.
Sara is Head of Engagement at the Museum of London, and founder of Museum Detox, a network for Black and Asian minority ethnic museum workers.
