There’s a range of ways to get involved this term in our museums, at your school or online. We can’t wait to see you!
Ways to get involved
We're providing for schools in four main ways this term:
- Offering school visits to our museums in a limited and safe way
- Delivering museum sessions in schools in line with your risk assessments
- Running live streams and online sessions that bring museum stories, displays and people to classrooms and homes
- Providing online resources to engage students and to make it easier to find our historical material.
We’ve put measures in place so that what we offer is COVID-secure. You can read our risk assessment guidance to find out more.

For primary schools
We'll mainly be focusing on three of our most popular topics:
For secondary schools
We'd like to support your History, PSHE and RSE teaching by focusing on these topics:
For SEND schools
We know that you'll have specific needs, and we’d love to know how we can best support you.
For supplementary schools
We know that lockdown has been hard for many volunteer-run organisations. We're keen to help.
