Session description

Prehistory as it has never been seen before!

Give your pupils a unique opportunity to get up close with the past, using archaeological facts and findings to raise questions about the lives of our Bronze Age ancestors.

Through interactive, hands-on activities, pupils will learn about the role of an archaeologist, the significance of historical finds, and what can be gained from wondering without always knowing the answer!

Group size:

 35, 3 groups per day

Session duration:

 60 minute session plus 45 minute self-directed visit to our new exhibition, Havering Hoard: A Bronze Age Mystery
