Heritage Volunteering Open Day

Thursday 18 July 11am - 8pm

Would you like to find out more about working in the heritage sector? Have you thought about volunteering? Are you wondering about the transferable skills you could gain and how you can apply them in the future?

If you said Yes to one of the above, and have been asking these questions, come along to our Heritage Volunteering Open Day to find out what opportunities there are for volunteers and students in the heritage sector.

Our aim is to give you an awareness of what programmes are available and how you can get involved. We are excited to have present:

There will be an opportunity to network with staff and volunteers from the organisations that will be in attendance and provide you with some insight into opportunities within their sites. In addition a number of workshops will run throughout the day to provide you with further insight into what types of tasks you could carry out in a heritage organisation.

Feel free to drop in at any point of the day and do share with colleagues, friends and family. We will share session times on our Museum of London Volunteers Facebook page.

If you require any further information, then please contact us via [email protected]

We look forward to seeing you.
