Gender confusion systems
Gender confusion is a fairly new technique that is used to eradicate moth infestations. This pioneering technique confuses male moths, which are unwittingly attracted to other male moths that have been coated with female pheromone – thus breaking the mating cycle.
Rodent traps
Unlike home use, the commercial use of rodent traps, such as snap traps, bait boxes and glue boards, should be carried out by a professional company – as there are codes of practice in place to ensure that they are used in a humane way, and certain procedures need to be followed.
Your facilities department is usually responsible for rodent control, and may already be using contractors – ask them!
