Arriving in the striking Entrance Hall with capacity for up to 400, guests will be greeted by our welcoming hosts.

A unique event space for up to 600 guests in the heart of the museum with a show-stopping digital ellipse and plasma screen. Choose from endless possibilities of showstates from a twinkling chandelier to your own bespoke display – perfect for award ceremonies and celebrations.

The Weston Theatre is a purpose-built lecture theatre providing a high spec venue for presentations, award ceremonies, evening lectures and screenings for up to 230 guests. It is fully equipped with PA, data projector, screen, lectern and an in-house technician. The theatre also offers full blackout facilities, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and wheelchair access.

The Terrace Gallery provides a beautiful setting for an evening reception with a range of menus to match, from canapés and fork buffets to barbecues and hog roasts.

With capacity for up to 150 guests for a standing reception or 100 for dinner and both indoor and outdoor space, you can enjoy the perfect event – whatever the weather.

Adjacent to the Terrace Gallery, the Garden Room is a tranquil light-filled space with capacity for up to 60 guests for dinner. The two rooms can also be combined with the private garden and terrace to create a reception space for up to 250 guests.

The beautifully designed Terrace Boardroom, with its stylish archaeological display, is perfect for intimate dinners for up to 12 guests. The Boardroom can also be hired in conjunction with the Terrace Gallery to be used as a greenroom or cloakroom.
