The museum entrance is two minutes walk from West India Quay.
We welcome and value all visitors to the museum. We prefer those under the age of 11 to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

RiverCanary Wharf Pier is a short walk from the museum. MBNA Thames Clippers River Bus services depart from the pier every 20 minutes with connections to London piers including Embankment, London Eye, Bankside, London Bridge and Greenwich.

There is full physical access to all public areas of the museum, including galleries, classrooms, shop, café and theatre. If you have any requirements, please ask the Visitor Hosts at the Information Desk on arrival. The museum has original floorboards which are uneven in placesMuseum accessibility
