Find the entrance
The museum entrance is two minutes walk from West India Quay.
We welcome and value all visitors to the museum. We prefer those under the age of 11 to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

CarThere is a Vinci car park behind the museum on Hertsmere Road.
CoachThe coach drop off point is directly behind the museum on Hertsmere Road.
BicycleThere are PlantLock planters directly outside the museum front entrance that you can lock your bike to when you arrive. There is also a bicycle rack directly behind the museum on Hertsmere Road, by the Cineworld cinema entrance. Please note that bicycles are left at visitors’ own risk.
RiverCanary Wharf Pier is a short walk from the museum. MBNA Thames Clippers River Bus services depart from the pier every 20 minutes with connections to London piers including Embankment, London Eye, Bankside, London Bridge and Greenwich.
