David Wormsley
David joined the Museum of London board of governors in 2013.
David Wormsley was Chair of UK Banking at Citigroup. He joined Schroders on leaving University of Cambridge, and following its takeover by City, became one of London’s leading bankers.
He has over 27 years working in various aspects of finance, from Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and equity fundraising, both public and private, through mergers and acquisitions and debt financing both in the UK and overseas.
David has advised the boards of a broad range of companies, largely UK based but also international, in almost every market sector and of almost every size, including many FTSE100 clients. He managed and ran businesses within the investment banking industry from 2001 to 2009.
