Climb aboard the paddle steamer for a trip back in time to Victorian Clacton.

Session description

Travel back in time to experience the sights and sounds of the Victorian seaside in this interactive storytelling session.

Take a family outing to Clacton-on-Sea and discover what holidays were like in Victorian times through actions, songs, props and role play.

Your pupils can compare their own experiences and enjoy a visit to Mudlarks, our interactive children's gallery.

Group size:

 35, 3 groups per day

Session duration:

 45 minute session plus 45 minutes in our Mudlarks children's gallery
